  Even their own website states they grow lavender and grapes. Furthermore, it states that they source the rest of their products from around the world. They dont' grown anything else on site, besides preserving the natural plants that grow in the land. The herbs and spices are not grown on site.... and I suspect they are not even grown on this continent. Buy in the the marketing by all means if you think it's worth the extra buck, but don't be fooled that these products are any different to you buying herbs and spices in your local grocery store and mixing them yourself. Nothing VE sells is manufactured by Victorian Epicpure (outside of the wine jelly, maybe).

  Mildred really knows her Epicure! And she's super helpful for delivery, pick up, getting stuff at the last minute, calming a panicked gift-giver. Great service.

  Unfortunately, Val only provided information that seems to suit her grumpy mood. The products supplied by VE have no artificial preservatives, if any at all. Most of the dip mixes sold are a custom blend. The products are designed to be a healthier alternative to the chemical-laden products sold in supermarkets. Also, a lot of the kitchen tools and supplies are custom made or supplied. Until recently, VE home office was very employee oriented until they started getting top heavy and fired the part-time personnel. But as for the products sold, they are second to none in terms of quality and healthiness. Oh, and quite a few of them are kosher.
